Who we are
Cork Cleaning Services is a residential cleaning company based on Shandon Street in Cork city, serving households across the city and the surrounding towns and villages. We have been cleaning homes here for 20 years, and in that time we have built the business almost entirely on repeat clients and word of mouth from neighbours, landlords and letting agents.
We deliberately stay focused on homes rather than offices and industrial sites. Cleaning a family house well is a different skill from cleaning a commercial floor: it needs discretion, care around belongings, consistency week after week, and an understanding that you are a guest in someone's home. Every cleaner we send is trained in our checklists in-house before working alone.
How we work
It starts with a conversation. Call us or send a WhatsApp message with a few details about your property and what you need, and we will give you a clear quote — usually in minutes. For deep cleans and move-out cleans we may ask for a few photos so the price we quote is the price you pay. There is no call-out charge and no obligation.
On the day, our cleaner arrives with all products and equipment. We walk through the property with you if you are there, agree priorities, then work through the checklist for your service. If something needs longer than expected, we tell you before doing it rather than after. If we cannot achieve a result — permanently etched limescale, failed grout, damaged paintwork — we say so plainly instead of promising a miracle.
Because we operate 24 hours a day, we can fit around shift work, tenancy handovers, events and viewings. Early mornings, late evenings, weekends and overnight turnarounds are all normal parts of our week.
