About our end of tenancy cleaning service
End of tenancy cleaning has a very specific purpose: to return a property to the condition an inspecting landlord or letting agent expects, so the deposit is released without dispute. That is a different job from a general clean. The property is usually empty, everything is visible, and the areas that matter most in an inspection — inside appliances, inside presses and wardrobes, skirting, windows, and bathroom sanitary ware — are exactly the areas a routine clean skips.
We clean empty properties from top to bottom: all cupboards and wardrobes inside and out, inside the oven and hob, inside the fridge and freezer where defrosted, washing machine drawer and seal, extractor filters, all floors including behind where appliances stood, full bathroom descale and sanitise, and every switch, handle, radiator and skirting board through the house. Interior windows, sills and tracks are included as standard, which is where a surprising number of inspections fall down.
We work with tenants, private landlords, letting agents and student accommodation across Cork. Because we are available 24 hours a day, we can clean between a tenant moving out in the morning and a new tenant collecting keys the same evening — a turnaround that matters enormously during the busy August and September letting season in the city.
The property must be empty of belongings and rubbish before we arrive, and utilities need to be on so we have hot water, power and light. If the property is still furnished or full, tell us and we will quote accordingly. Should anything be raised at inspection that falls inside our agreed scope, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to put it right.

What clients say about our end of tenancy cleaning
Feedback from homeowners, tenants and landlords across Cork city and county.
“Full deposit back, no questions asked. The letting agent actually asked me who I used. They cleaned the oven, the fridge, inside all the wardrobes and the windows the same day I moved out.”
“As a landlord I need a place turned around between tenants in 24 hours and they have never let me down, including a bank holiday weekend. Photos sent after every job, which I love.”
“Student house at the end of the year — I will spare you the details. They took it on without flinching and it passed inspection first go.”
End of Tenancy Cleaning — frequently asked questions
- Will this clean get my deposit back?
- Cleaning is the part we control, and we clean to inspection standard. If an agent raises a cleaning issue within our agreed scope in the 48 hours after the clean, we return and correct it at no extra cost.
- Does the property need to be empty?
- Yes. Belongings and rubbish should be removed first, and electricity and hot water need to be on so we can work properly.
- Can you clean at short notice?
- Usually yes. We operate 24 hours a day and regularly handle same-day and overnight turnarounds during the letting season.
