About our regular cleaning service
Regular cleaning is for households that would rather never face a big catch-up clean again. Instead of one long deep clean every few months, a cleaner visits on a fixed schedule and keeps the home at a steady standard. The scope is the same as our general house cleaning checklist, but because the property never falls far behind, more time goes into the finer detail: skirting boards, door frames, glass, the tops of appliances, the corners that a rushed clean always misses.
You choose the rhythm. Weekly suits busy families and shared houses; biweekly is the most popular choice across Cork; monthly works well for couples, retired clients and smaller apartments. Discounted rates apply to all repeating schedules, and the more frequent the visit, the lower the per-visit cost. There is a minimum two-month commitment on regular contracts so we can hold your slot and assign a consistent cleaner.
Continuity matters more than most people expect. A cleaner who has been in your home ten times knows which rug lifts, which tap spots, which cupboard the spare bin bags live in and which room your child naps in. Where our schedule allows, we assign the same cleaner to your property every visit, and we will always tell you in advance if cover is needed for holidays or illness.
Schedules can be paused for holidays, moved to a different day, or upgraded to include add-ons like oven cleaning, interior windows or a seasonal deep clean without changing your contract. Everything is arranged by phone or WhatsApp — no app, no portal, no waiting on email replies.

What clients say about our regular cleaning
Feedback from homeowners, tenants and landlords across Cork city and county.
“Every Thursday morning like clockwork. I work shifts in the CUH so they let themselves in with the key safe and I come home to a clean house. Never once had an issue in over a year.”
“Having a regular clean has genuinely taken the weekend arguments out of our house. Fair price, no contract nonsense, and they are flexible if we need to move a week around holidays.”
“My mam is 82 and they clean for her every fortnight. They chat away to her, keep an eye on things and always ring if anything seems off. That means more to us than the cleaning itself.”
Regular Cleaning — frequently asked questions
- Can I get the same cleaner every time?
- Yes, on request and subject to availability. Continuity is one of the main reasons clients move to a regular schedule, so we protect it wherever the rota allows.
- What happens if I go on holiday?
- Just let us know in advance and we will pause the visit at no charge. Your slot stays reserved for your return.
- Why is there a two-month minimum?
- A fixed slot and a dedicated cleaner are reserved for you. The two-month minimum lets us plan the rota properly and keep the discounted rate available.
